Entire turf area will be mowed weekly at 3.5-5.5' per contractor discretion. Any area not accessible by mowers will be string trimmed.

All mulched beds & where grass meets solid surfaces, cleaning off excess clippings on all parking surfaces.

Low hanging branches bordering lawn areas will be removed and maintained at a minimum height of 7 ft.

Pruning will be performed 3 time per year, according to season and plant type.

All debris will be removed and disposed of according to code.

Beds shall be weed free throughout the growing season and hand edged prior to mulch installation.

Slow release pre-emergents will be applied in order to keep flower beds weed free.

Choose from brown/black/cherry colored mulch upon request.

Includes granular and/or liquid pre-emergents, post-emergents, & fertilizers according to contractor discretion concerning turf needs.

Aeration and overseeding at a rate of 8 lbs/ 1,000 sq. feet using premium blue tag fescue. Applied in the fall, includes starter fertilizer 18-24-12. Performed according to weather and contractor discretion.

Start up, & shut down provided. Activated in the spring, and properly shut down in the fall, after the results of aeration.

Spring, summer, and fall annual flowers of contractor's design installed in landscape beds three (x3) times per year.

Provided and installed by contractor. To be installed the week following Thanksgiving and removed the week after New Years.

Snow will be removed from parking lot areas to ensure access to grounds.

Salt will be applied to sidewalks per request.

Price not included in groundskeeping cost. Snow removal will be billed on a per service basis.
